WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Support in the development and management of commercial offers, as well as various administrative activities within the department, in order to optimize sales processes and strengthen customer relationships. Collaborate in gathering and analyzing information, preparing commercial proposals, and following up on business opportunities.
- Registration of received quotations and updating data once they have been sent and/or awarded.
- Development of BOMs and breakdowns, including material BOMs, hardware, chemicals, and required technologies (machining, sheet metal, assemblies).
- Complete the quotation format for offers and validate process times.
- Provide support in the preparation of monthly reports (awards report, programs committee, and customer reports).
- Support the PEAR audit procedure.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Industry Engineering or Aeronautical.
- Must be in the process of completing an internship.
- Intermediate English is desirable.
- Office 365, especially Excel.
